Key Tasks:
  • Manage and optimize online sales channels to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies based on market research and data analysis.
  • Monitor website traffic, sales performance, and customer behavior to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for digital campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
  • Evaluate and enhance product listings for accuracy, appeal, and SEO-friendliness.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, orders, and complaints in a timely manner.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to stay ahead in the e-commerce landscape.
  • Partner with logistics teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment and delivery processes.
  • Generate reports on sales, conversions, and overall e-commerce performance to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, including Shopify, Lazada, and Shopee.
  • Experience with SEO, paid advertising, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and e-commerce tools.
