About the Position:

This exciting opportunity is open to highly motivated and talented architects who share our passion for modern design and sustainable building solutions. As a Senior/Lead Architect, you will be responsible for leading our team in developing innovative designs and executing them with precision and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute design concepts into executable drawings and documents in a BIM environment.
  • Supervise team members and workers, ensuring project deliverables are driven forward efficiently.
  • Develop detailed architectural drawings and specifications using Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
  • Produce high-quality shop drawings for in-house fabrication.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure project success.
  • Conduct site visits and assessments as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and building codes.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • Professional license holder.
  • 5+ years of experience as an Architect, preferably with a focus on modern design.
  • Proven proficiency in SketchUp and Revit.
  • Experience with rendering software (e.g., V-Ray, Lumion, Enscope).
  • Track record in developing project design and documentation in a BIM environment.
  • Strong understanding of building codes and construction practices.
  • Excellent design sensibility and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience with sustainable design principles and related certification.
