Job Summary

As a seasoned integration specialist, you will design and implement seamless connections with marketplaces, ensuring efficient order management, catalog synchronization, and shipping. Your expertise in Rust and agile methodologies will drive innovation and excellence in our team.


">Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop integrations with marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Shopify, etc.) to optimize order management, catalog sync, and shipping processes.
  • Develop scalable solutions for inventory management, product updates, and fulfillment using industry-standard tools and technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide input on architectural and technical decisions, driving best practices and continuous improvement.
  • Write high-quality code through automated testing, observability, and adherence to engineering standards.
  • Mentor junior engineers, sharing knowledge of marketplace APIs and software development best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong experience integrating with marketplace APIs (Amazon, eBay, Shopify).
  • Proficiency in Rust (for Shopify app development) and familiarity with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • At least 5+ years of software engineering experience in a modern OO or functional language.
  • Excellent knowledge of automated testing (theory and practice) and database fundamentals (e.g., PostgreSQL).
  • Ability to stay ahead of new marketplace features, API updates, and industry best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Domain-driven design (DDD) knowledge and experience.
  • Event sourcing and/or CQRS expertise.
  • Experience debugging systems in production or strong knowledge of observability and tracing/logging practices.
  • Background in F# or other server-side programming languages.
