Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Appointment Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing connections with potential clients, setting appointments, and providing support to our sales team.


This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative environment.


Responsibilities:
  • Prospect Outreach: Engage with potential clients via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to establish connections and set appointments.
  • Inbound Call Management: Answer incoming calls professionally, respond to inquiries, and convert leads into appointments.
  • Provide accurate product information and ensure callers receive prompt assistance.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule appointments or meetings between prospects, sales teams, and dealers.
  • Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify leads to ensure a smooth transition for the sales team.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and appointment statuses in the CRM system.
  • Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls and emails to confirm appointments and reschedule as necessary.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on call activities, appointment outcomes, and any obstacles encountered during the process.

Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with HubSpot CRM software and other digital communication tools.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong time management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Motivation: Self-driven, goal-oriented, and resilient in the face of rejection.
  • Team Player: Ability to work well both independently and collaboratively.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to changing market trends.
