This role involves creating, editing, and maintaining process interaction maps, job aids, and other documents. Your coordination skills will be essential in working with various stakeholders on project work, including Subject Matter Experts, Content Owners, Functional Managers, and Content Analysts.

You will support the team in managing and responding to requests from our intake tools. Additionally, you will collaborate with these teams to document new content or update existing content using new content structures.

Requirements

In addition, you should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects, and daily planned and unplanned operational activities. Your passion for creating engaging content and collaborating with our team will be invaluable to our organization.
