About the Role:
Senior Analyst, Regulatory Reporting is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data sets sourced into the Global Regulatory Reporting System (GRS). This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication with multiple stakeholders.
The successful candidate will work closely with the operational finance team to design and execute consistent and well-controlled processes to support regulatory reporting. Key responsibilities include evolving analytics to provide value-added comparisons, identifying bespoke processes and working towards consistency and automation, validating and maintaining data accuracy and completeness, and performing data set adjustments and executing updates in the reporting system.
Prior experience working with large data sets and ability to make connections between the data and financial outputs are essential. Strong control background and ability to develop relationships with diverse groups and various levels of financial and operating personnel are also critical.
This role requires flexibility, adaptability, and ability to work independently and as a member of a team. The successful candidate will have opportunities to collaborate on processes and projects that are cross-regional.
