Job Summary
">We are seeking a skilled Client Resolution Specialist to join our team and provide exceptional technical support to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, providing technical assistance, and resolving issues through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries and technical issues in a timely and professional manner
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate technical support teams for resolution
- Documenting all customer interactions and technical issues in our ticketing system for future reference
- Providing accurate and timely updates to customers on the status of their technical issues
- Contributing to the development and maintenance of our knowledge base by documenting solutions and troubleshooting steps
Requirements:
- At least 36 months of experience in a BPO role with a strong track record of delivering excellent customer service
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to resolve complex issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical information to customers
