Front-end React Software Engineer Opportunity

As we roll out our new TMS (Transport Management Solution) Parcelhero Pro worldwide, we're seeking a Senior Front-End Engineer to design and deliver scalable, maintainable, and performant front-end applications using React.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and delivering high-quality front-end code.
  • Mentoring junior engineers and setting best practices.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless experiences.

Required skills and qualifications:

Must-haves
  • Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
  • Deep knowledge of React, including hooks, context, state management, component architecture, and performance optimization.
  • Strong understanding of CSS and responsive design principles.
  • Proficiency in accessibility (WCAG standards) and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Experience with testing frameworks, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
Optional positives
  • Experience with Mantine UI library.
  • Experience with Zustand for state management.
  • Familiarity with React Query and Axios.
Benefits
  • Competitive salary: ₱150,000 - ₱200,000 per month.
  • Standard working hours: 8:30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday (GMT).
  • 15 days' holiday per year.
  • Opportunity to work as a contractor and be responsible for own tax.
  • Requires minimum 20 MB broadband line, and own PC/Laptop and headset.
