About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Associate to join our team at LCG Group of Companies. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators such as sales revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, providing them with valuable insights and support to help them achieve their sales targets.
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through market research and analysis.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that promote our products and services.
• Conduct sales and product training sessions for dealers' staff to improve their knowledge and skills.
• Provide market intelligence and competitor analysis to inform business decisions.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement sales promotions and incentives to drive sales growth.
• Coordinate local and national product exhibitions to showcase our offerings.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and marketing, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business or marketing, is required. Experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, is highly desirable.

What We Offer:
