Generative AI Associate Role

We are seeking a self-motivated Generative AI Associate to join our AI Large Language Models team. As a key member of this team, you will be entrusted with a range of responsibilities that require speed and innovation.

In this role, you will create training data sets for AI models to improve their accuracy, fluency, coherence, and voice. You will also annotate data to help AI models align with human values, analyze and improve grammar, syntax, and sentence structure, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality training data sets for AI models
  • Annotate data to ensure AI models align with human values
  • Improve the grammar, syntax, and sentence structure of training data and AI-generated text
  • Collaborate with data scientists, researchers, and software engineers to refine and iterate data sets

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Linguistics, Journalism, Creative Writing, English, or similar field
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Strong understanding of grammar, syntax, and semantics
  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to edit and improve written communication across various fields
