Artistic Visionary

This is a creative role that requires artistic vision and technical skills. As a Creative Artist, you will be responsible for creating visual concepts using computer software to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or encourage the audience to positively respond.

The ideal candidate will have proficiency in video editing tools, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar. They should also be skilled in using AI tools, like Sora, Midjourney, Canva AI Tools, Adobe Firefly, and DALL·E 3. Intermediate photo and layout editing skills, with expertise in graphic design principles, including layout, design, and typography, are essential.

Responsibilities include creating visual concepts, editing recorded raw files, developing overall layout and production design, utilizing AI tools for video prompting and image generation, incorporating changes recommended by clients or project managers, ensuring all outputs align with the project brief before client submission, and staying updated with emerging design and AI tools.

The salary will be based on skills, attitude, performance, and attendance. We also offer opportunities for regularization and promotion, working with US and Canadian clients, and a graveyard shift Monday to Friday.

You will have the option to choose between a probationary and freelance set up. In the probationary set up, you can earn up to PHP 17,000, while in the freelance set up, you can earn up to PHP 19,200. We look forward to working with you.
