We are seeking a Financial Regulation Specialist to join our team. As a Financial Regulation Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing risk management policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures to ensure the company's risk profile is effectively managed.
  • Establish and maintain a strong risk culture through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and ensuring teams are equipped and empowered to manage risk effectively.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the company's risk management program and identify areas for improvement.
  • Monitor and update the changes in the risk management profile of the company.
  • Ensure continuing risk mitigation measures are in place.
  • Carry out fraud detection procedures to protect the company from potential risks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration / Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • At least 2-3 years of fraud and risk management, internal control, audit and/or compliance experience.
  • Experience working in a financial company is an advantage.
  • Able to attend online and face-to-face interviews.
  • Able to work as soon as possible.
