Job Title: Foreign Exchange Trader

We are seeking an ambitious sales professional or a fresh graduate with high potential to join our dynamic team as a Forex Sales Trader.

The ideal candidate will have excellent relationship-building skills, a strong business sense, and a rich sense of achievement. They will be responsible for driving our company's growth and profitability by focusing on client acquisition and closing deals related to forex trading and cross-border payments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Revenue Generation & Profitability:
  • Leads the day-to-day operations of assigned Trading Team activities to ensure that sales targets are met;
  • Monitors and analyzes sales performance and recommends/undertakes corrective actions and improvement plans to ensure that financial targets are met and exceeded to the Department Leaders in Forex;
  • Grows client portfolio through synergized efforts with FOREX and other departments, or through self-generated leads;
  • Conducts marketing and social calls to high net-worth individuals.
Requirements:
  • Education:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field is required.
  • Experience:
  • An experienced Corporate Sales professional is preferred, but fresh graduates with high potential are also encouraged to apply.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
