Job Description

The Corporate Legal Expert will be responsible for managing the legal affairs of Red Planet Philippines Services Corporation. This role requires a strong understanding of corporate law, litigation, regulatory compliance, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert legal guidance on a wide range of legal matters, including contracts, regulatory compliance, litigation, employment law, intellectual property, and corporate governance.
