Our company is looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in design and a strong portfolio that showcases their skills.

The Senior UI/UX Designer will be responsible for leading website and design projects from initial strategy and UX through to polished execution and delivery.

This role involves managing end-to-end website redesigns, delivering high-performing web design solutions with best-practice UX/UI, and balancing hands-on design work with guiding the project direction and supporting the team when needed.

  • The Senior UI/UX Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly designs that meet the needs of our clients.
  • They will work closely with developers to ensure smooth design-to-build handover and collaborate directly with clients through workshops to define website and design project requirements and strategy.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in brand design and uplift, as well as a solid understanding of content marketing design principles.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead website and design projects from initial strategy and UX through to polished execution and delivery.
  • Manage end-to-end website redesigns.
  • Deliver high-performing web design solutions with best-practice UX/UI.
  • Balance hands-on design work with guiding the project direction and supporting the team when needed.
Requirements
  • 5+ years experience in an advertising agency, creative studio, or media organization with a focus on design implementation for diverse clients and styles.
  • Proven UX Research & Strategy experience (Wireframing, User Flows, Prototyping, Information Architecture).
  • Understanding of content marketing design principles.
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to prioritize and organize time for yourself and a team to meet deadlines.
  • Fluent in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Business Suite.
  • Experienced in Brand Design and Uplift (style guides, visual guidelines).

We are offering a flexible working arrangement with overlap during UK working hours. This role can lead to full-time employment based on performance.
