- Develop curriculum for training programs that align with our hospital's goals and objectives
- Facilitate and conduct actual training sessions for hospital staff, ensuring effective delivery and evaluation of training content
- Monitor program progress and recommend adjustments as needed
- Develop and utilize presentation and diagnostic tools relevant to the course at hand
- Manage administrative functions of training programs, including logistics, budgeting, and reporting requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing; Master's or higher degree an advantage
- At least 1-2 years of related experience in clinical training of nurses
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Proficient in MS Office and various presentation software
- Organized, articulate, and able to relate well with colleagues and stakeholders
- Willingness to work in a dynamic environment
