We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Head to join our team at E&V Tubig Pag-asa, Inc.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our branch team and driving business growth through exceptional leadership and strategic planning.

About the Role:

As a Branch Head, you will be responsible for:

  1. Leading the branch team and driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.
  2. Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch and ensuring that all tasks and responsibilities are completed efficiently and effectively.
  3. Developing and implementing plans to improve branch performance and drive business growth.
  4. Maintaining excellent relationships with stakeholders and partners.

You will also be responsible for preparing the monthly report of the branch and submitting it to Head Office before the deadline.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A university degree in a relevant field such as business administration or management.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in managing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
