About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Motion Designer to help create captivating motion graphics and animated content that brings brand stories to life.

This role involves interpreting creative briefs and transforming them into engaging visual experiences optimized for digital and social platforms.

You'll collaborate with Copywriters & Designers to brainstorm innovative concepts, formats, and content ideas, and stay up-to-date on animation trends, motion tools, and techniques to keep your work fresh and relevant.

This is a fast-paced role where creative experimentation is encouraged—and a solid understanding of editing for performance is highly valued.

About You
  • 3 to 4 years of experience as a Motion Designer, with a solid portfolio of work across digital channels (bonus points if it includes performance marketing content).
  • Proficient in After Effects and Premiere Pro—you can animate and edit with confidence.
  • Strong design fundamentals and an understanding of how to apply motion principles in a way that enhances storytelling and brand recognition.
  • Able to manage your own timelines, respond to feedback, and iterate quickly.
  • A proactive team player, confident working in a fast-moving environment and willing to experiment.
