Cyber Security Strategist Role

The Cyber Security Strategist is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive cyber security strategies at Next Generation Technologies Global Inc. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of cyber security principles, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment. They will also have experience with IT service management frameworks and tools, as well as knowledge of cloud computing platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive cyber security strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

  2. Establish and manage security operations processes, including incident response, threat detection, vulnerability management, and security monitoring.

  3. Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability scans to identify and mitigate potential security risks and compliance issues.

  4. Lead the response to security incidents, breaches and cyber security attacks, conducting forensic investigations and implementing remediation measures.

  5. Develop and deliver security awareness programs and training sessions to educate employees about security best practices.

  6. Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation and optimization within technical operations and security operations.

  7. Provide regular reports and updates to the upper management on the state of technical operations and security posture.
