About the Role

The Senior Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and strengthening the brands under our portfolio. This includes shaping consumer insights, executing brand strategies, and effectively collaborating with internal and external partners.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Marketing & Branding: Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, retail, and in-person activations to drive brand awareness and sales.
  2. Lead campaign performance analysis and optimize brand channels to achieve key KPIs such as follower growth, engagement, PR values, sales, etc.
  3. Manage marketing calendars for all brands across e-commerce platforms and physical stores to ensure seamless execution.
  4. Serve as the official distributor of Pixi (US) and Mixsoon (KR) in the Philippines for skincare and makeup products.
  5. Track and analyze brand performance, including sales, market share, and customer feedback to inform data-driven decisions.
  6. Work closely with the CEO, E-Commerce Manager, and Multimedia Artist to develop brand strategies and marketing campaigns based on consumer insights.

Sales & Business Development:

  1. Oversee pricing strategies, improve product margins, and maintain an updated price master list to maximize revenue.
  2. Work with beauty advisors to develop training programs and promotional tools to increase foot traffic and sales conversion.
  3. Identify new business opportunities to expand sales channels in both online and offline markets.
  4. Provide weekly sales reports, brand performance analyses, and marketing updates to stakeholders.

Operations & Inventory Management:

  1. Work closely with operations and logistics teams to ensure accurate inventory forecasts and minimize wastage by avoiding stockouts and expired products.
  2. Optimize supply chain processes, including lead time, warehousing, packaging, and product handling.
  3. Oversee after-sales services to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  4. Manage inventory systems, warehouse transfers, and stock availability to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • 2-4+ years of experience as a Brand Manager in E-commerce/Retail.
  • Strong background in marketing, sales, and operations management.
  • Consumer-centric mindset with analytical skills to track market trends and competition.
  • Experience in managing external agencies for marketing campaigns.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Passion for the beauty industry with a proactive approach to learning and adapting to trends.
