Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Artificial Intelligence Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with AI-powered tools and platforms, specifically Salesforce.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leveraging cutting-edge technologies to enhance and optimize business processes. This will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop custom AI solutions, driving innovation, and streamlining business operations.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining AI-powered applications using APEX and other Salesforce technologies.
  • Analyzing business processes and translating them into effective AI solutions.
  • Designing, configuring, and maintaining lab demo environments to support testing, demonstrations, and training sessions.
  • Managing AI projects from conception to implementation, ensuring they align with business objectives.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, delegating tasks, and delivering high-quality projects that utilize AI in Salesforce.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, the candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience developing for Salesforce, specifically in Sales & Service Cloud.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-powered tools and platforms, including Agentforce.
  • Preferred experience: Agent Studio (Copilot) Prompt Builder, OOTB AI GenAI & Predictive Features, DataCloud, structured and unstructured data, and embedding into systems.
  • Exposure and experience with Generative AI technologies or capabilities.
  • Hands-on experience working with data sources, APIs, and integration tools to ensure seamless data flow and accurate data management within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Experience with data management and governance best practices, including privacy and consent.
  • Detailed understanding of development modules within Salesforce and how those modules tie into a broader solution.
  • Proficiency in programming using Salesforce.com, Java, JavaScript, and XML, and their use in CRM solution development.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, MIS, IT, or other computer-related disciplines.
  • Ability to work within a virtual global team environment and contribute to timely delivery of multiple projects.
  • Strong communication skills – written, verbal, and interpersonal.
  • Self-motivated with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • At least 3 Active Salesforce Certifications.
