Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist (Software Testing)

Location: Fully Remote

Reporting to Head of Engineering Team

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Specialist (Software Testing) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our software products by designing, executing, and maintaining test plans and test cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure software functionality and performance.
  • Identify and report defects in a timely manner, providing detailed descriptions and reproductions steps.
  • Work closely with development teams to resolve defects and implement fixes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain automation frameworks and scripts.
  • Continuously improve testing processes and procedures to meet evolving business needs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in software testing with a focus on automation.
  • Expertise in Cypress or similar automation testing tools.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI testing principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
