Job Description

This is a key position that will play a pivotal role in driving comprehensive SEO campaigns to achieve increased enrolments for our clients in the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector.

As an expert SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of technical SEO, including conducting technical SEO fixes to improve website performance and search engine indexing.

Additionally, you will implement on-page SEO strategies, optimize course information for targeted keywords in position tracking campaigns, execute off-page SEO initiatives, and write and optimize blog content using AI tools like ChatGPT and Grok to support content marketing efforts.

Furthermore, you will analyze reports and analytics from tools like SEMrush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager to fine-tune websites for improved traffic and conversions.

You will work closely with the director to align SEO strategies with client goals and company mission.


Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have advanced proficiency in SEO services, particularly in tools such as SEMrush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.

Bonus skills include experience with Google Ads, setting up and managing campaigns, and website development using WordPress and Elementor.

Formal qualifications or certifications in marketing, digital marketing, or SEO are also essential.

A minimum of 3 years of experience working in an agency setting, specifically within an SEO and Google Ads agency, with a focus on delivering measurable results for clients is required.

Experience working on projects in the education sector, particularly the VET sector, is highly desirable but not mandatory.
