Job Opportunity

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a senior developer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality applications using Python and GenAI tools.
  • The ideal candidate will collaborate with distributed teams to leverage cutting-edge technologies and build secure, high-performance applications.
  • They will work closely with clients to translate complex business requirements into innovative digital products.

Responsibilities:

  • Support component design, development, and maintenance.
  • Assist in defining structured practices, especially in source code management, building, and deployment.
  • Contribute to Nearform tooling and open-source projects.
  • Design and implement data storage solutions.
  • Optimize performance in applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Maintain version control and build processes.
  • Get feedback from users and clients, and build solutions accordingly.
  • Assist with analyzing client requirements.
  • Work with and support the Delivery Architect in project execution and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with client teams.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience delivering at a Senior Developer level in an enterprise environment.
  • Knowledge of Data Science techniques, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
  • Practical experience of delivering in an agile environment.
  • Deep understanding of Python, SQL databases, and versioning control tools (Git).
  • Good understanding of security and performance considerations.
  • Understanding of layout aesthetics, responsive design, and mobile web development.
  • General familiarity with a wide variety of open-source technologies and tools.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in Python and AI/ML libraries.
  • Experience with LangChain, AutoGen, or similar frameworks for multi-agent systems.
