Key Responsibilities

As a Recruitment Specialist at Magic, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Requisition Management: Meet with hiring managers to discuss hiring needs and create strategic hiring plans.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Work with the sourcing team to post job advertisements and evaluate leads.
  • Assessment and Interviewing: Administer candidate assessments and conduct initial and behavioral interviews.
  • Job Offer Management: Develop salary proposals and negotiate salary details.
  • ATS Management: Configure interview questions, scorecards, and recruitment funnels within the ATS.

You will also be responsible for completing reference and background checks for selected candidates and guaranteeing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
