Job Overview

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing prepayments and vendor payments according to production schedules.
  • Overseeing credit card expense categorization in QuickBooks Online.
  • Processing and tracking employee expense reports for accuracy and compliance.
  • Ensuring all bills are submitted to Accounts Payable for timely entry into QBO.

Key qualifications include:

  • 1+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or similar software.
  • Strong understanding of credit card expense management and vendor payments.
