Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing Supervisor is responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to promote our products and solutions. This includes creating engaging content, managing the digital marketing calendar, and tracking campaign performance metrics.

You will work closely with our brand marketing, creative teams, and stakeholders to ensure a cohesive digital presence. You will also be responsible for making data-driven decisions to optimize strategies and enhance user experience.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising. You should also be proficient in using analytics tools to evaluate campaign performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media advertising across platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Ads.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) to evaluate campaign performance.
  • Experience in creating, executing, and optimizing social media content and ad strategies.
