At Neksjob, we are seeking a highly skilled Risk and Compliance Senior Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our compliance team, you will be responsible for overseeing third-party administrator licenses, primarily focused on US TPA licenses and offshore regulated entities servicing insurance clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of third-party administrator licenses, including US TPA licenses and offshore regulated entities servicing insurance clients.
  • Management and maintenance of license filing, renewals, and keeping all licenses on a central database.
  • Review of changes in law and their impact on license applications and renewals.
  • Reporting of license maintenance internally using existing platforms.
  • Collaboration with external counsel to ensure all necessary licenses are obtained, filings are completed timely, and legal changes are monitored.
  • Working directly with Legal and the Compliance team to validate compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in regulatory and licensing or risk management.
  • Understanding of sophisticated licensing and reporting issues.
  • Experience handling licensing and compliance issues.
  • Superior organizational skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills, experience working remotely yet part of a team.
  • Superior skills with MS Tools PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams.
  • Ability and willingness to work flexible hours with global partners.
