Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Web Developer to join our team at RCX Recruitment Inc. in Cebu. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for handling all phases of development projects, from software design to implementation, testing, and release.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deploy web applications using Microsoft Azure and various programming languages.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Lead and manage a team of developers to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain relational databases using PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and Oracle.
  • Implement object-oriented development principles in C# and other languages.
  • Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of web applications.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in web application development, with a focus on Microsoft Azure and cloud-based technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of relational databases, object-oriented programming, and software design patterns.
  • Experience with GitHub for team development and version control.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, Azure Application Insights, and other Microsoft Azure services.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure as code (ARM templates) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, Express, and other web development frameworks.
