Job Brief:

The Australian BPO Outreach Expert will be responsible for identifying and generating new leads in the Australian market, building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers, and collaborating with senior management to convert leads into clients.

About the Company:

We are a fast-growing Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company providing services such as HR Management, Office Administration, Accounting, Customer Support, and IT Support to small and medium-sized businesses in Australia.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and scan job boards for potential leads related to business outsourcing.
  • Identify and assess suitable job openings that align with our BPO services.
  • Contact companies through phone calls or emails to introduce our BPO offerings.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in Australian companies.
  • Set up meetings and follow up on potential business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the senior management to convert leads into clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field (experience in BPO is a plus).
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, sales or related streams.
  • Fluency in English with Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Comfortable making cold calls and speaking with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to engage potential clients.
  • Knowledge of Australian business culture is an advantage.
  • Capable of working under pressure and meeting KPIs set by the company.
