You will collaborate with our DT Visayas team to develop and secure agreement on the business cycle plan, including weekly planning on KPI achievements.

Your role will involve training third-party agency sales personnel on basic skills needed to achieve business objectives.

You will directly report to the Regional Sales Manager/Senior Manager/AVP and display depth of industry knowledge and network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leads in the preparation of Business Reviews with Distributors/Aggregators and other external partners.
  • Collaborates with the DT Visayas team to develop and secure agreement on the business cycle plan, including weekly planning on KPI Achievements.
  • Trains third-party agency sales personnel on basic skills needed to achieve business objectives.
  • Directly reports to the Regional Sales Manager/Senior Manager/AVP.
Qualifications
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in Fintech/FMCG Industry.
  • P&L understanding.
  • Bachelor's Degree Holder.
  • Willing to do heavy field work.
  • Good presentation, influencing, organization, and communication skills.
  • Must be dynamic, passionate about excellence, focused, results-driven, and goal-oriented.
