Teaching Chemistry and Physics in a Virtual Environment

We are seeking an experienced and certified teacher to join our team of virtual educators. As a virtual teacher, you will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, integrating technology, delivering live lessons, grading assignments, providing feedback, and representing the organization's mission.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and pacing guides.
  • Integrate technology to differentiate lessons, engage students, and deepen their understanding of the material.
  • Deliver live lessons synchronously during regular school hours (4-hour minimum).
  • Grade assignments to track progress and ensure every child has the opportunity to thrive.
  • Provide constructive feedback to support student learning and growth.
  • Represent the organization's mission statement in all interactions.
Requirements:
  • An Active US state-issued teaching certification in Chem and/or Physics.
  • Proficiency in using virtual teaching tools and resources.
  • Preferred qualifications: one or more years of teaching experience.
