The Job:

We are looking for a Product and Market Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in product development, marketing, and sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement product strategies to meet customer needs and company goals
  • Manage product portfolios to ensure effective brand positioning and pricing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze market trends and competitor activity
  • Monitor product performance and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Spearhead brand-building activities such as events and activations
  • Represent the brand at social activities and host media friends, business partners, and others
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate superior

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field; minimum 5 years experience in relevant role
  • Strong problem-solving skills and personal credibility
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proven ability for strategic analysis and thinking
  • Leadership and people-management skills
  • Experience in tire and/or automotive industry is an advantage
