In this position, you will process invoices, collaborate with vendors, and work closely with the purchasing department to ensure seamless financial transactions.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing Purchase Requests (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) to validate incoming invoices.
  • Ensuring accurate data entry into purchasing systems in accordance with accounting policies.
  • Preparing payment proposals and facilitating payment processes in line with the corporate payment calendar.
  • Providing expert advice and support to colleagues and vendors to resolve queries or issues.

Requirements

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is beneficial, but equivalent experience will also be considered.
  • Four plus years of experience in accounts payable, accounting, or transactional purchasing is beneficial.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement, invoicing, and supplier information management processes.
  • Experience with Coupa or any other purchasing tool is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of SAP (S4 Hana is beneficial).
  • Proficiency in English (written and oral).
  • IFRS Knowledge.
