Job Summary

About the Role
  • You will oversee the preparation of precise and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Formulate and oversee the company's budget to ensure alignment with business goals and strategic objectives.
  • Evaluate and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to guarantee the seamless functioning of finance and accounting operations.
  • Manage the accounting team and ensure effective performance and development.
  • Collaborate with external partners to efficiently manage SAP implementation, configuration, data management, reporting, training, and ongoing support.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least five (5) years experience in finance & accounting; with at least 2 years in a supervising or managerial capacity.
  • Experience with any of the Big 4 Accounting/Audit Firms or healthcare industries is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis tools, with keen attention to detail and experience using ERPs, preferably SAP or QuickBooks.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels of the organization effectively.
  • CPA required; Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
