Content Enhancement Specialist Job

We're seeking an experienced Content Enhancement Specialist to refine and enhance blog content, ensuring it meets high standards for quality, accuracy, and client alignment.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in editing and proofreading various types of content, preferably blogs or articles, with strong understanding and application of Associated Press (AP) style guidelines. Familiarity with basic SEO principles, including keyword integration, linking strategies, and on-page optimization is also required.

This role involves enhancing AI-generated blog posts for clarity, coherence, tone, and factual accuracy, as well as strategically adding relevant reference links and anchor text to improve SEO performance and user experience.

Maintenance of a high standard of content quality, adhering to project guidelines and client expectations, is essential, along with the ability to work quickly and effectively while maintaining accuracy and quality.

The successful candidate will be proficient with Grammarly and possess exceptional attention to detail, with a genuine passion for language and a natural wordsmithing ability.

In addition to these requirements, we value a team-oriented mindset, excellent written communication skills, and the ability to work 40 hours per week, preferably aligning with EST (Eastern Standard Time).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enhance AI-generated blog posts for clarity, coherence, tone, and factual accuracy
  • Strategically add relevant reference links and anchor text to improve SEO performance and user experience
  • Maintain a high standard of content quality, adhering to project guidelines and client expectations
  • Select and insert appropriate images, including occasionally writing effective alt text
  • Conduct thorough proofreading to eliminate any grammatical errors, typos, and punctuation mistakes
