The Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations during designated shifts. This includes supervising employees, ensuring exceptional customer service, creating shift schedules, dealing with no-shows, delegating tasks, handling cash, and reporting issues to the Store Leader or Area Coordinator.
- Schedule creation and task delegation.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course without experience; College-level with at least 6 months management experience.
