About the JobIn this full-time role, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets. You will prospect and identify new sales opportunities within your designated territory, build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction, and collaborate with the wider sales team to share best practices and insights.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role, preferably in Agri-chemicals Company
- Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
