Key Responsibilities
  1. Answer phone calls, emails, and SMS patient inquiries efficiently.

  4. Verify insurance coverage and coordinate with billing staff as necessary.
  5. Provide polite and professional customer service to patients consistently.
  6. Support front desk operations, including reminders, forms, and general patient inquiries.
Essential Qualifications
  1. 1+ year experience in healthcare administration, receptionist, or VA role.
  2. Familiarity with U.S. insurance verification workflows is preferred.
  3. Strong communication and organizational skills are required.
  4. Fluent spoken and written English is essential.
