Job DescriptionData Integration and Analytics Role
This exciting role will see you working as a key member of our team, responsible for designing, developing, and deploying integrations between key business systems. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and implement solutions that meet specific business needs.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy integrations between Netsuite, Shopify, and other platforms using Celigo.
- Configure and maintain pre-built Celigo integration flows and customize them to meet specific business requirements.
- Troubleshoot integration errors, identify root causes, and implement solutions to ensure data integrity and system stability.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Stay up-to-date on Celigo platform updates, new features, and best practices.
Netsuite Development and Consulting
You will have the opportunity to develop and maintain custom NetSuite scripts and customizations to enhance system functionality and meet unique business needs. Additionally, you will provide technical consulting services to us, offering guidance on NetSuite setup, optimization, and best practices.
Business Intelligence and Analytics
You will utilize BI and analytics tools to analyze data from integrated systems, developing dashboards, reports, and visualizations to provide insights into key business metrics. This will involve identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support strategic decision-making and process improvement.
Data Governance and Security
You will ensure compliance with data governance policies and procedures for all integrated systems, implementing data security measures to protect sensitive information and maintain data integrity.
QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Minimum of 5 years experience with Celigo integration platform, including development, deployment, and maintenance of integrations.
- Strong understanding of how to work with Rest API, SOAP Web Services, and GraphQL.
- Strong understanding of Netsuite and Shopify platforms and their data structures.
- Experience with other business applications such as UKG or similar HR/workforce management systems is a plus.
- Proficiency in business intelligence and analytics tools such as NSAW (Netsuite Analytics Warehouse), Power BI, or similar.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams.
