Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer Virtual Assistant to create visually appealing designs for various digital and print media.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Graphic Designer Virtual Assistant, where you will be responsible for creating high-quality graphics that align with brand identity and client specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design Creation: Design web pages, brochures, logos, signs, book covers, annual reports, and advertisements.
  • Tool Proficiency: Create designs by hand or using digital tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Visual Optimization: Select appropriate fonts, colors, and layouts to enhance visual appeal and readability.
  • Client Collaboration & Revision: Develop draft designs for client review and revise based on feedback.
  • Quality Assurance: Proofread and review final designs to ensure accuracy and alignment with client specifications.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple design projects while ensuring deadlines are met.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • High School Graduate, College Undergraduate, or College Graduate.
  • Proficient in using Adobe products, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Excellent photo editing skills.
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
  • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Good character and willingness to work a graveyard shift are desirable traits.
  • At least one year of relevant graphic design experience.
  • Available for full-time work.
