Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Trade Marketing Manager to join our team at Cherry Philippines. This role involves overseeing the Trade Marketing Team and Business Development Unit, ensuring seamless execution of trade events and promotions.

  • The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in lead/managerial roles in Trade Marketing, preferably in the electronics industry.
  • A background in sales is a plus, as well as experience in creating promotional videos and executing program/trade events launchers.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee the Trade Marketing Team and Business Development Unit to ensure successful execution of trade events and promotions.
  2. Finalize strategies for the year or create Trade Marketing strategies for the whole year.
  3. Monitor and contribute to budget planning.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of lead/managerial experience in Trade Marketing, preferably in the electronics industry.
  • Preferably with field or multi-branch operations experience.
  • Experience in creating promotional videos.
  • Experienced in executing and monitoring program/trade events launchers.
  • Sales background is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office.
  • Able to multi-task in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment.
  • Team player with a high level of self-motivation.
