We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR professional to join our team as a People Services Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, accurate and timely HR administrative and advisory support to ensure the delivery of people services across GHD.

\
Key Responsibilities:
\
- Proactively advise and support the operational delivery of all People processes and initiatives across the employee lifecycle
\
- Provide a range of administrative support including responding to employee queries, facilitating transactions with the HRIS (GPS) and supporting a range of employee life cycle events
\
- Where required, create documentation to capture required updates, leveraging existing templates and ensuring quality standards are met
\
- Ensure transactions with the HRIS are accurate and processed in a timely manner
\
- Resolve requests promptly whilst maintaining accuracy and quality standards across all People Services systems
\
- Support with coordination of requests across other parts of the People Team, Information Services (IS) and Payroll
\
- Handle incoming calls (for operations team only) to provide optimal resolution for stakeholders ensuring that all contacts are recorded in the People Services ticketing system
\
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and company policies
\
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion
\
\
Requirements:
\
To be successful in this role, you will need:
\
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
\
- Knowledge of HR processes across the employee lifecycle
\
- Proficiency in Oracle or similar system and Microsoft Office applications
\
- Previous experience in HR and/or HR Shared Services environment
\
- Fluency in English, both oral and written
\
\
