Job Title: Construction Auditor

At Phesco Incorporated, we are seeking a highly skilled Construction Auditor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough audits of construction projects to ensure compliance with technical specifications and budget/schedule requirements.
  • Utilize expertise in QS/QA to identify and address potential issues before they impact project timelines and costs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders, including contractors, engineers, and management teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in construction auditing and quality assurance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in construction auditing, quality assurance, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of project technicalities, including budget and schedule management.
  • Proficiency in Primavera and SAP software.
  • Registered Civil Engineer licensure.
