Copier Machine Technician

The primary function of this role is to operate and maintain photocopy machines, ensuring the accuracy and quality of copied documents. This position involves maintaining equipment, managing paper and supply inventory, and providing basic customer service.

1. Operate and maintain photocopy machines, performing regular maintenance tasks as required.
2. Prepare and organize documents for copying, adhering to set standards and quality control measures.
3. Monitor supply levels and order materials in a timely manner to prevent stockouts.
4. Troubleshoot basic machine issues and perform repairs or seek assistance when necessary.

• Demonstrated knowledge of photocopying equipment and its operation.
• Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Prior office or clerical experience is preferred, but not essential.
