Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Service Excellence Support Manager to join our team in Manila. As a key member of our Service Excellence EMEA team, you will be responsible for leading a team of administrative professionals who provide support to our Portfolio/Programme Aligned Change Managers. Your primary goal will be to ensure the smooth operation of our change management processes and support the implementation of operational excellence initiatives across the organization.

Responsibilities
Lead a team of administrative professionals to provide support to our Portfolio/Programme Aligned Change Managers
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team members' skills and knowledge
Oversee resource management and allocation to ensure optimal performance and support for the team
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive change management initiatives

Requirements
Proven experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a similar industry or sector
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to various audiences
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
Experience in change management, operational excellence, and project support is highly desirable

About You
You have a strong background in operations management, change management, or a related field, with experience in leading teams and driving process improvements. You are an effective communicator, able to articulate complex ideas and concepts to various stakeholders. You are also a strategic thinker, able to identify opportunities for growth and improvement and develop plans to address them.
