Technical Support Representative

We are seeking a Technical Support Representative to join our team. This role will play a critical part in delivering world-class client support and responding to technical and non-technical customer queries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support via email, phone, and live chat.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Product Management to resolve product issues and implement new releases.
  • Develop positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Assist in the translation, maintenance, and updating of technical documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a customer support role.
  • Fluent spoken and written English.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
