Purpose

We aim to ensure efficient financial transactions by accurately processing and recognizing transactional operations. This enables timely and accurate financial statements.

Key Missions

Key Responsibilities:

  • We manage intercompany project recharges across entities, adhering to transfer pricing agreements and group policies.
  • We track project-related expenditures and allocate costs to the correct legal entities.
  • We prepare and issue intercompany recharge invoices and record them accurately in ERP systems.
  • We reconcile intercompany balances and resolve discrepancies with internal teams across regions.
  • We coordinate with project managers, finance business partners, and shared service centers to ensure accurate project cost tracking and reporting.
  • We support month-end and year-end close activities related to intercompany project transactions.
  • We contribute to the development and maintenance of project accounting policies, procedures, and controls.
  • We create project financial reports and analyses to support business decision-making.
  • We collaborate with tax and compliance teams to ensure adherence to transfer pricing and regulatory requirements.
  • We participate in initiatives to improve and automate intercompany and project accounting processes.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPAs or equivalent qualifications are a plus).
  • 5+ years of experience in project accounting, intercompany transactions, or general accounting.
  • A strong understanding of intercompany accounting principles and project cost allocation.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems SAP B1 and D365.
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with reporting tools is an asset.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
