Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Bookkeeper with expertise in QuickBooks to join our team. As a key member of the financial operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing accounts payable and receivable, and preparing financial reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all transactions are recorded in QuickBooks.
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts.
  • Prepare and maintain financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
  • Assist in payroll processing and ensure compliance with tax regulations.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper with a strong understanding of accounting principles.
  • Expertise in QuickBooks is a must (both Online and Desktop versions preferred).
  • Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and other accounting software.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
