Order Management Coordinator

As a proactive Order Management Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless customer order fulfillment at SC Johnson. Your primary responsibility will be to proactively manage customer orders, anticipating and resolving any issues related to order completion.
About the RoleThis position requires strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including LSPs and local country teams. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day interactions with these teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely resolution of customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities- Manage customer orders proactively, anticipating potential issues and developing solutions.
- Liaise with customers to coordinate delivery dates based on stock availability and destination priorities.
- Interact daily with LSPs and local country teams to resolve customer service issues and optimize order fulfillment.
- Escalate complex stock allocation and customer service issues to Team Leaders for resolution.
- Develop and implement effective action plans to address customer inquiry resolution challenges.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.
- Support e-commerce teams by collaborating on system-related issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate customer service performance reports to facilitate business decision-making.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service/order management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
